Dijon Dill Potato Salad


Dijon Dill Potato Salad Recipe by Shawneen Nicole

Recipe Ingredients:

Cool baked or boiled potato chopped into cubes
Dijon Mustard (creamy not grainy)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Nature Seasonings
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Savory
Dill

Instructions:

Bake potatoes in the microwave and let cool to room temperature or chill. Then remove the skin and cut into bite size cubes.  In a large glass bowl mix the potatoes, Dijon mustard and olive until all potato pieces are coated.  Then mix in the rest of the ingredients: Nature Seasonings, onion powder, Garlic powder, Savory, and Dill.  This can be served chilled or warmed.
